Brainvire's development team upgraded the client's existing site to the Magento Enterprise version 2.3.3 and integrated it with the Informatics PIM (Product Information Management) system.
Brainvire's experts offered an updated store to help the client to manage their massive inventory swiftly. The client is an established tools retailer that has provided the community with various kinds of power tools, hand tools, woodworking tools, and machinery since 1979.
They have also successfully started their online store. The primary purpose of the client was to remove their Yahoo site and integrate it with PIM and ERP in order to fulfill orders faster and reduce returns. Brainvire understood this problem and integrated the online store to a PIM system to manage all the data under a single platform.
The client was facing difficulties in importing orders from CSV files that did not have products and customer information. We created a script to directly enter them in database tables. Brainvire upgraded its version of the Magento store.
Our team fetched the product information from the PIM through XML feeds and completed the integration process. This allowed the client to manage product information easily and provide excellent customer experience. Brainvire's experts also defined the data structure of each entity to be imported from PIM. They have created a definite structure for categories, products, attributes, attribute sets, promotions, etc.
