The client is a prominent name in the billion dollar online gaming industry. They approached Brainvire to build an eSports platform, and the team ran extensive sessions to make the end product stand apart from what already existed in the market.
The goal was a durable business model that both transformed the experience for professional gamers and attracted global sponsors. Multiplayer tournaments, dispute management, a chat lobby, and reward management were all in scope, with seasonal tournaments and a prize pool managed securely through cryptocurrency.

Disputes management
Disputes over scores between players had to be resolved fairly. We designed a flow that lets a player appeal a score and get it reviewed, keeping the process transparent.
Real-time matchmaking
Players had to be paired with opponents in real time. We built a low latency backend that provides live updates to front end users.
Tournament management
Tournament structures were complex, with many levels. We streamlined the system with business logic that manages multiple tournaments seamlessly.
