The client is a young entrepreneur who has envisioned a digital platform (mobile app) for accessing all the crucial travel information like passport, visa, boarding pass, etc. with ease and also update them in real time for a hassle-free, digital travel experience.
About Product
Providing a robust platform for easy access to travel-related information was the primary objective of the client. The app will enable users to glance at all of the travel information easily. Brainvire team used Ionic technology to develop the mobile app.

Challenge: Air Ticket and Boarding Pass
Tracking the air ticket(s) and the entire itinerary (Departure/Arrivals)
Solution:
Users can track the history of their air travel and view the boarding passes for a particular journey. Additionally, the QR code present on boarding passes can be scanned through the app and the details can be retrieved easily.
Challenge: Visa Status and Application
Enabling users to get updates on the status of their visa application and apply for a new visa
Solution:
The Brainvire team has provided a facility through which users can view the current status of visa application, and also check its validity (expired, days remaining to expire, etc.) Also, users can apply for a new visa and view its status (pending, accepted, rejected). Scanned pages of visa can be viewed in the app.
Challenge: Renewal of Passport
The client intended to enable users to be able to renew their passport within the app itself.
Solution:
A feature was provided by which users can renew their passport directly from the app. The payment for such application can be made online through secure options like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.
Challenge: Updating Passport Profile
Enable users to update their personal profile for passport
Solution:
Users can directly input and update their passport-related details on the app. It will aid in hassle-free processing of immigration formalities as the details are synced in real time with a dedicated central server
