As part of a larger retail group, PanHomes operates across physical stores and digital platforms. The brand recently upgraded its eCommerce platform to Adobe Commerce, enabling greater scalability and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience for its diverse customer base.

The goal of the PanHomes project was to future-proof their e-commerce ecosystem by migrating from Magento Open Source to Adobe Commerce. We aimed to enhance scalability, performance, and personalization through multi-website development, Hyvä theme integration, and bi-directional Odoo ERP syncing. We also implemented a custom CMS, a tailored MSI module, and integrations with Magento BI and MoEngage for data-driven, omnichannel engagement.

Enhanced Front-End Performance with Hyvä Theme
We integrated the Hyvä theme to enhance front-end performance, optimizing the site’s speed and responsiveness. This allowed us to create a smoother and faster browsing experience, reducing load times and improving overall user satisfaction. Additionally, we implemented AI-based search to deliver more accurate and relevant product searches, further enhancing the user experience. These solutions ensured a seamless, fast, and intelligent browsing journey, driving engagement and customer retention on the platform.
Migration to Adobe Commerce with Odoo ERP
We successfully migrated the platform to Adobe Commerce Cloud, integrating it with Odoo ERP to centralize operations. This streamlined the backend management, reducing complexity and improving operational efficiency. The server maintenance and associated costs were managed under the Adobe Commerce license, ensuring smooth ongoing operations. This migration allowed the brand to scale effectively across multiple regions, providing a more robust, unified solution for managing customer data, orders, and inventory, all within a single platform.
Custom CMS and Personalized Content Delivery
We developed a custom CMS tool tailored to the client’s content workflows, making content management seamless and intuitive. We also integrated Adobe’s Customer Segmentation module, enabling personalized content delivery based on user behavior and demographics. To further optimize the shopping experience, we implemented Adobe Sensei’s AI-powered product recommendation engine, automating customized suggestions. This drove higher user engagement by offering relevant product recommendations, increasing conversion rates, and improving overall customer satisfaction on the e-commerce platform.
