Client is a leading healthcare specialist in Dubai who required an inclusive solution to meet all his clinic management needs. He required an efficient clinic management system with modules for appointment scheduling, viewing appointments of the present day, client registration, employee profile management, reports and MIS reports generation, help desk activities management and much more.

Business Challenges

The client required a comprehensive solution to meet their following needs.
  • Management of data across their multiple clinics, while providing common access to clinic doctors and receptionists to the data
  • Proper management of data for all back-office team activities like patient's appointment & their follow-up
  • Provide doctors with information on their daily schedule based on their clinic location
  • Multiple payment methods like Cash, Credit Card, Insurance Card and partial payments for ease of payment for patients
  • Allow generating receipts for Insurance Company


Brainvire’s team analyzed client’s requirements and planned out a wise strategy to develop a completely customized ASP.NET based web application from scratch based on MVC architecture. They planned an application approach according to as per SAAS module in order to manage multi-location data for the project. The web server using HTTP protocol was implemented for communication with the web browser. The comprehensive details of the project are as below.
