About Product
Our Odoo consultants proposed the idea of implementing Odoo ERP for the brand. We have customized several Odoo modules to manage multiple vendors, the quantity of food supplied, and the overall order and delivery management process. We realized that customization was required to cater to the client’s specific needs and nature of business. With Odoo ERP, the food retailer can manage B2B and B2C activities rapidly and synchronized.

To streamline the entire inventory process for the brand, Brainers created parent SKUs and baby SKUs in Odoo ERP to manage the inventory of all products. The former represents exclusive products such as whole chicken, whole mutton, fish, etc., while the latter represents independent pieces such as boneless pieces, leg pieces, and others.

- User-Based Vendor CreationWe have incorporated a feature that allows the purchase manager of the X region to view vendors of that particular region only. This eliminates confusion and mismanagement of purchase orders.
- Smart IntegrationPOS integration with sales orders ensures that the order gets delivered from the nearest location and in the least time. In addition, orders are visible to the brand based on the delivery date.
- Three-Level ApprovalThe open-purchase order needs three-level approval to ensure that all details mentioned are correct. This saves the brand from errors and also provides the necessary information.
