The project involved implementing Odoo, a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to manage inventory and procurement at their hospitals and distribution center in Michigan, USA.

The inventory management solution has been tailored to handle medical supplies and equipment, including items with expiration dates or specific storage requirements. The procurement process has sourced medical products from specialized vendors or distributors.
Also, we streamlined the internal requisitions via an internal system designed to optimize the process of requesting supplies. A system is developed to track and facilitate returns to vendors to manage damaged products. A comprehensive database to manage master product and vendor lists. Finally, purchase agreement management was facilitated by a system that enabled the management and approval of vendor contracts.
