About Client
IIFL is a renowned financial services company in India that is trusted by over 25 lakh Indians. The company has been awarded by Euromoney as the Best Private Banking Services Pan India and has several such accolades to its account. The client wanted Financial Digital Transformation with the help of an app that would help the brokers, relationship managers, and franchisees have a clear view of all customers’ data in one place.
About Product
The client reached out to us to build an app to facilitate the franchisees, brokers, and relationship managers of IIFL to manage their clients and their equity, commodities, currency, and mutual funds. In addition, IIFL wanted a single platform for all the financial advisors to effectively cater to their customers’ needs.
Cross-platform Availability
Making the app available across the web for desktop, mobile, and tablet users and ensuring its availability as Android and iOS applications called for a lot of work.
We used Ionic technology, which enabled us to use one code base with two sets of responsive UI. Due to this, we could make the application available on desktop, tablet, and mobile while ensuring availability on Play Store and App Store, significantly cutting down on time-consuming work.
