About Client

The Indian-based client is firmly rooted in the field of alliances, coupons, and loyalty programs. They are running multiple ventures to expand the business. In order to extend services through robust technology platforms, the client has approached Brainvire for development of a cross-platform mobile app and m-commerce website. Loyalty programs are utilized by plenty of ecommerce owners and retail brands to increase the customer base. With such purpose, client aims to provide plug-and-play loyalty rewards management platform for retailers.

About Product

Loyalty programs are structured and organized marketing strategy which is used by the majority of the merchants to encourage the customers. Retail brands are widely using loyalty programs to appeal customers for making a purchase with them. The client required to develop one cross-platform app that works regardless of the devices’ platform and m-commerce website which allows users to shop, avail offers, manage various loyalty programs and redeem coupons through one single app The purpose was to develop a Loyalty Platform with Mobile Application compatibility with all the mobile devices like iPhone, iPad, & Android and a mobile website. The final aim is to manage loyalty or customer retention programs from all or selected merchants.
