- Dual deliveryCustomers can either opt for home delivery or click and collect at the store. Regardless of the option they choose, customers are offered a range of available slots to choose from for smooth delivery. They can subscribe for products and get products delivered at their preferred time, date, and frequency.
- Skip the queueCustomers can now skip the long payment queues. Instead, they can use the 'Scan and Go' feature in the app. They can add their desired products in their virtual cart and make payment through the in-app payment portal. Their products will be waiting at the counter.
- Track ordersCustomers no longer are clueless about their orders. The Omni-channel feature allows them to track their order and assure timely delivery.
