As per the client insistence, our team introduced consumer-centric features in the app as well as the website. - Improved picker appThe picker app made it convenient to pick items from the shelf. The designated person was provided in-depth clarity about which product is placed in which aisle and shelf. The orders could be split and assigned to the respective pickers. The pickers can scan the items, pause orders, and move to other orders if required.
- Dual deliveryCustomers can either opt for home delivery or click and collect at the store. Regardless of the option they choose, customers are offered a range of available slots to choose from for smooth delivery. They can subscribe for products and get products delivered at their preferred time, date, and frequency.
- Guest checkoutUsers can place orders as a guest user and also enjoy order tracking benefits. If the guest user is an existing user, then their order is merged into their account.
- Track ordersCustomers no longer are clueless about their orders. The Omni-channel feature allows them to track their order and ensure timely delivery, thereby leading to a satisfying user experience.
