Prior to this project, the GOWell Petro’s operations were burdened by a reliance on manual processes for critical functions like procurement, inventory, production, and accounting. These siloed and disconnected workflows created significant inefficiencies and a lack of real-time visibility. Our team was brought on to orchestrate a complete digital overhaul, strategically implementing a wide range of Odoo ERP modules to streamline operations, consolidate data, and create a centralized business management system.

The cumbersome manual process of tracking equipment from inventory to rental was completely automated. We deployed targeted customizations that automatically created a fixed asset record and generated corresponding journal entries the moment an item was rented.
