20 years of experience in the warranty business is enough to realize that extended warranties are of no use for the customers. Moreover, extended coverage isn’t customer friendly and so 72 months contract is pointless. Hence, keeping this in mind client has created monthly protection program which aids in improving large upfront payments and long-term commitments.
About Product
The client wanted to create a hybrid mobile app with easy to navigate user interface, so that anyone can use it conveniently. Appliances categorization, scan credit/debit card for payment processing, search plans and get information on the go, easy view of plan details and support, payment gateway integration are some of the unique feature in the product. This App also includes 2 – way purchase plan – where one can easily register and purchase. Then one can keep a check on their membership and renew plans. At last, it includes charts of different plans, therefore it is easy to compare and choose plan accordingly. One can also look onto transaction history and details as and when needed.
Adding Complex Modules
Building different modules for search plans and get information on the go, view plan details and support, transaction history and details, my memberships and renew plans is a tedious task. Planning and implementing ideas needs focused approach.
Brainvire developers worked hard to deliver best outcome to provide interactive module and interface to view transaction history and offer maximum visibility to purchased plans. Also built a module that automatically notify the user to renew plan if it is nearing expiry date.
