Not only for the end customers, they wanted to offer the similar convenience and user experience to their insurance agent and dealer clients as well for efficient management of service contracts, insurance products and programs via web cum mobile solution.
Brainvire responded to the client’s requirements with a user-friendly and highly appealing online CMS system for insurance plan management. The web and mobile applications for management of protection plans were developed with B2B as well as B2C perspectives to help both end customers as well as the insurance dealer firms to manage their insurance products or programs efficiently and easily online.
They developed an application where their customers can create their individual accounts and become registered members. They can browse through and find relevant protection plan or program for their needs, subscribe it online and then move through the checkout process faster with credit card payment possible online. Customers can also sign up for newsletter from their login account. Similar functionality was implemented in the B2B application for the use of insurance dealer and agent firms.
