Brainers developed a robust system that allows vendors to fill and submit forms to register on this system. The client has the authority to approve them. The reviewer verifies all vendor details, the approver approves the vendor, and the registrar registers the vendor on the portal. The vendor will receive notification updates throughout the approval process. Brainers automated this entire process to ensure valid vendors register on the portal. Brainers have created three separate sections on the portal: vendor, Admin, and invoice. The Admin has the authority to notify vendors about the upcoming tenders with their details. All eligible vendors will receive an automated notification for the tender. Vendors can then share their quotes, and the Admin can accept or reject them. The approved vendors will bid their quotes and timeframe. The Admin selects an appropriate vendor as per their suitability. Furthermore, the vendor’s license gets scanned at the entry, and both parties will be notified about the delivery. Once the entire order is completed, the portal generates an invoice and shares it with the vendor. The vendor can then confirm the invoice and notify the Admin of any queries. Once the invoice is confirmed, the Admin releases the payment.
