About Product
The platform encompasses a range of ecommerce development services, including a customer website, mobile app, supplier web platform, and a dedicated Juman web platform for Admin interface. Within this ecosystem, customers have the capability to browse and purchase products from approved suppliers, conduct online payments, track orders, and receive PDF invoices. They also enjoy features like checking maximum product quantities, managing order cancellations/returns, and viewing payment breakdowns, encompassing discounts, VAT, and logistics. Furthermore, customers can easily notify suppliers about out-of-stock products.
The product hierarchy, spanning Group, Category, Class, Subclass, and individual Products, can be fully customized by the Juman Admin. Suppliers, on the other hand, have the ability to register, oversee warehouses, manage products, discounts, and orders, all subject to Juman Admin approval. They must provide their legal company information during registration and can include multiple warehouses and brands.
