They wanted to replace their existing Salesforce ERP with Odoo and chose Brainvire considering its excellent track record in enterprise-grade Odoo implementations.
About Product
With a wide range of products such as burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, night vision security cameras, and remote access and management, the client’s workflow was quite complex. Brainvire’s Odoo consultants interconnected all business processes for an omnichannel experience. The Magento website, integrated with Odoo, helps customers easily buy multiple security solutions while authenticating their purchase through e-signatures. On the other hand, backend executives can export delivery orders, import carrier tracking numbers from 3PL service providers to Odoo, and do much more. Furthermore, the system will be integrated with different third-party entities like Podium Reviews, Jasper, and AvaTax.
Subscription Management:
The client offers different types of products in the form of a subscription.
A subscription logic was created for all products in Odoo and customers can pay for different product combinations on a pro-rata basis.
