The website serves as a platform that connects non-technical people with technical experts. The client wanted to build a service portal with cloud platform integration for the same.
One of the challenges faced by the client was upgrading their website. They wanted to migrate their code from the old version of Django to the newest version. Brainvire’s development team migrated the code from Django version 1.8 to Django version 2.2.
The client wanted to add a Paypal integration. Our team fulfilled this requirement successfully by integrating Paypal with the support portal. Customers would be charged on an hourly basis and could pay via Paypal.
A real-time chat feature was another addition made to the portal. This allowed customers to keep track of their service request status and speak to experts directly 24/7.
