Brief
We partnered with Bay Alarm Medical to develop an AI-powered chatbot that streamlines customer support, reduces agent workload, and enhances user satisfaction. Leveraging ChatGPT and an RAG pipeline, we enabled the assistant to answer technical questions, manage customer data, and escalate complex issues to live agents. Integrated with Odoo CRM, it provides seamless, 24/7 assistance. We executed a proof of concept, followed a phased rollout plan, and prepared for future voice and e-commerce features.
