About Project
Since its founding in 1969, Ajmal Perfumes has emerged to be a global leader in producing, selling, and distributing oil-based fragrances. They were keen to upgrade their operations, so they turned to Brainvire to build an interactive system allowing SAP ERP, Odoo CRM, and POS to talk to one another, facilitating more sales and marketing expansion.
What we did
After getting a complete understanding of their requirements, we designed a road map to reach their goals and included high-end technologies such as Odoo(POS, CRM), Magento, SAP, POS, and a CRM and integrated system in which the many components (point-of-sale, customer relationship, account management, loyalty program, and campaign management) worked together as the global customer management system.

Highlights
Ajmal Perfumes has a large online presence with 250+ physical stores across the world. In order to streamline their operations, Brainvire unified their POS, customer loyalty program, SAP connectivity, and back-end functionalities. The company has over 7 million customers and places between 12,000 and 15,000 daily purchases, therefore we implemented a point-of-sale system that can adapt to the nuances of each country's retail landscape.
