The client is one of the foremost judicial bodies of the state of Georgia. It provides guidance over policymaking, judicial decisions, legislation, and innovation to all Georgia courts. It also supplies information technology, budget, and financial services to the judicial branch. The client approached Brainvire being a Odoo Partner to develop a data repository to keep all information on juvenile justice under a single platform.

Brainvire’s web development team developed a web solution through Odoo ERP Development with Odoo and integrated it with the Oracle database to maintain a data repository for judicial data.
Highlights
The web solution developed by Brainvire has the goal to enable informed legal advocacy and judicial decision-making and to ensure that youth receive substantial justice in every county of the State. The platform has varied search options that help to generate any kind of data with ease through quick system response. All the user documents, attachments, etc., could be easily searched anytime.
The platform provides access to more than 1200 users. This reduced the license cost of Oracle users and through the Odoo portal user concept, managed to eliminate Odoo user license cost. It also reduced the efforts in maintaining two systems through a single Odoo platform. The Odoo platform saved human efforts and increased the productivity of the team members. The data extractor extracts data from the Oracle database allowing the client to get analytics. The dashboards and KPIs provided by Power BI made it possible to understand those analytical insights.

Analytical tool integration with Odoo- The web solution uses dashboards powered by Power BI to provide analytics to users. All analytical tools have been integrated with Odoo to provide a seamless experience.
Data Extractor- We developed a data extractor that extracts data from the Oracle database and makes it available to Odoo. This enables every user to have their own KPIs, analytics, and dashboards.
Faster Navigation Speed- The optimized code improved the navigation speed and usability. The user-friendly system enabled users to use the system in an easier manner.
Multiple user roles- We created multiple user roles and helped determine their accessibility. We managed to provide hierarchy-based access to all the portal users.
