Founded in 1993, the client is a leading recruitment agency based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They have unparalleled experience and comprehensive capability to recruit and manage employees across numerous industries and business functions and cater mainly to the oil and gas industry. Brainvire being a Odoo Partner has developed a custom Odoo ERP solution for the group. This includes the automation of their business processes right from recruitment, project management, and document verification to contract management, leave management, payroll management, and invoice management. The USP of this project is a rotation shift system that can manage the work cycle and shift patterns of multiple teams with ease. The system can also generate dynamic reports for monitoring the strengths and efficiency of employees.

We solved the discrepancies that involved in the verification of employees’ documents with the Odoo solution. Moreover, HR executives can easily manage rotational shifts, calculate the wages for overstay and create invoices based on the project owner’s requirements.
