About Project

Alghanim Motors is proud to be the exclusive distributor of Honda Automobiles in Kuwait. The client had a dedicated showroom for Honda Motorcycles. With a crafted legacy powered by a never-ending focus on quality, value, innovation, and performance. The client found it crucial to simplify the internal management and uninterrupted services to their customers. They wanted to introduce a system that would allow for easier communication between the internal DMS and mobile app cloud storage. They were seeking an integrated module that could help them with this goal, but they weren't sure where to start; luckily we had all of the answers!

What we did

We developed a sales and after-sales mobile app, which is integrated with CDK DMS. Brainvire also introduced a Customer Engagement module along with the mobile app. With a middle layer system, the communication between the internal DMS and mobile app cloud storage has become smoother than ever. Fetching real-time data and writebacks to the DMS is now speedy, along with communication security.
