Shop LC needed an enterprise platform capable of absorbing massive traffic spikes the moment a live TV feature aired. Automated Data Translation
Migrating millions of customer records, intricate product catalogs, and years of order history from legacy Salesforce Commerce Cloud formats into Shopify schemas presented a massive data risk. To ensure nothing was lost, we developed custom automated data conversion pipelines. Structured Complex Scope
Fusing live television, dynamic online auctions, and traditional retail under one digital roof created a web of overlapping requirements. To bring order to this complexity, our strategy team embarked on an intensive 10-week discovery phase. By building 32 detailed System Requirement Specifications (SRS) blueprints, we resolved initial ambiguity and built a clear, aligned development roadmap before writing a single line of production code.

Shop LC’s proprietary Budget Pay installment option was a core driver of customer loyalty, yet native platform checkouts simply couldn’t handle its multi-tiered payment logic. Rather than compromising on a key revenue generator, we spent two months developing a custom-built payment engine. This solution seamlessly embedded complex installment calculations directly into the Shopify ecosystem, keeping the checkout fast, secure, and familiar to loyal shoppers.
Custom Discounts
Standard third-party promotional apps fell short when trying to execute Shop LC’s multi-layered, highly dynamic pricing rules. To give the brand complete promotional freedom, we developed a proprietary discounting engine from the ground up.
