The client is a leading dealer of Ford cars in Kuwait. Ford Alghanim has two dedicated Ford sales, service, and parts facilities, where it provides service excellence with Ford-trained technicians who use advanced equipment and genuine spare parts. Leveraging a rich legacy of selling and servicing cars in the country, Ford Kuwait found it necessary to provide customers with the best possible ownership experience. They were seeking to integrate a system from which the communication between their internal DMS and mobile app cloud storage becomes smoother so that clients can seamlessly organize and track customer data on both platforms
What we did
Brainvire has developed a sales and after-sales mobile app, which is integrated with CDK DMS. With the Mobile App Cloud Storage module in place, communication between internal systems has become more seamless than ever before. The customers can now access real-time data from anywhere on their phones without having to be physically present at their office desktops or laptops.
