Connected dialer via API: Brainvire’s team integrated the dialer with SuiteCRM to allow sales reps to make and receive calls directly from the CRM.
The main idea of the client was to improve the efficiency of the sales team. The click-to-call functionality enables sales reps to make calls directly from the CRM dashboard.
