About Project
The client wanted a SharePoint Intranet Portal to support their existing and long-term goals. After a gap analysis was completed to determine if the client's needs were being met, it was decided to test SharePoint in order to improve employee collaboration, centralized communication, and ensure that the key information needed by the client's staff was up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible via search. The SharePoint Intranet Portal provided a central repository for the company's data, documents, and resources, helping to streamline collaborative efforts, increase efficiency, and improve communication between departments.
What we did
Brainvire implemented SharePoint based Intranet Portal for Engineering Procurement and Construction, offering all the features and functionalities with an exclusive focus on the user’s day-to-day important activities. We provided a robust framework for supporting the smooth functioning of the portal accessed by a number of users simultaneously.

Highlights
Brainvire developed a document management system allows clients to easily create, store, organize, share, and access documents from any device connected to the intranet. The application also allows clients to easily create and track tasks, assign resources to tasks, set milestones, and track the progress of their projects in real time. SharePoint's collaboration tools enabled employees to communicate and collaborate with each other through threaded conversations, discussion boards, and wikis. SharePoint's customization features allowed us to customize the look and feel of their intranet portal with custom themes, page layouts, custom web parts, and more.
