Brief
Brainvire’s team analyzed client systems and presented the best suitable Microsoft solution that would help them grow their business. They implemented a Middleware system linking the e-commerce website to Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Carriyo systems. The integration would sync Product Masters, Product Variants, Inventory & Prices from Microsoft Dynamics ERP to the e-commerce website. Moreover, the order orchestra implementation enabled the identification of the nearest store/warehouse with sufficient inventory and sent it to the Carriyo system for efficient order fulfillment.
Highlights
After meeting their requirements, the client received a reliable, entirely integrated solution from Brainvire. They were able to streamline internal corporate processes, complete orders quickly and affordably, guarantee quick delivery, and provide real-time online progress updates, all of which helped in raising overall consumer satisfaction.
