About Project
Brainvire joins hands with a Canadian firm that began operations in 2018. They are a taxi service that uses an app to connect customers with drivers, collect fares, and compensate those who provide the service. It was founded on a glimmer of an idea, but today it employs a bigger team. Currently accessible in Ontario, this app will be accessible in additional provinces and territories in the near future. It's available across iOS and Android devices.
What we did
Poor programming led to several issues with their mobile app. We implemented the necessary measures to address these problems so that the app works better and the users can leverage it efficiently. Our mobile app development service can help businesses optimize their app operations by finding and fixing even the trickiest pain-points. This ride-sharing software needed a lot of changes and new features, and put our best foot forward to ensure it works well for everyone who uses it. To optimize the ride request process and minimize driver search time, we have implemented a system where ride requests are broadcasted to all nearby drivers, enabling them to accept requests based on their availability.

Highlights
After developing the backend Admin and API code, we set up a test server. Our full stack mobile developer conducted thorough tests on the live domain, including simulating wallet functionality and balance. We addressed booking geographical radius issues, incorporated a new library for accurate data on nearby drivers, and enhanced notification user experience. These efforts aim to ensure a smoother user experience and improved booking process.
