Our client is a Canadian transportation business formed in 2018. It is centered around an app that matches riders with drivers, collects fares, and pays drivers. What began as a little vision from its founder has today evolved into a firm with over 15 workers! This app is currently accessible in Ontario and will soon be available in additional provinces/territories. It is available to both Apple and Android users.
About Product
The mobile app was suffering from several issues due to shoddy programming. We resolved these issues to improve the application's performance and quality of life for its users. We have introduced a referral option in the driver app, allowing drivers to refer others and earn rewards.
