About Project
Client (okay.com) is a well-known name in real estate industry in Hong Kong and was looking to build a website for its customers as one-stop shop where buying/selling/renting out property becomes hassle-free. The client approached us to develop the website for them where we used our proficiency, i.e .Net Core to develop the website. This platform helps user to come and interact with each other where they can negotiate on price, chat, share property image and close the deal.
What we did
Brainvire developed a .Net core Web application to view the latest listings of Real-estate properties for Rent or Sale in Hong Kong. Users can search local/global properties for selling or leasing, each property has accurate details of the properties including price, area, amenities, etc with advanced filters option. We enabled search for properties in a particular location, the application. User can filter properties based on price, area, etc. View detailed information about the property, including photos. Request for more information from the seller/ landlord. Request for a viewing. User also have the option to compare properties.
