Established in 1901, it is the oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production. The brand operates across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and is a key player in the Indian automobile industry, also holding a joint venture with the Volvo Group.

Royal Enfield, a brand celebrated for its heritage, faced a challenge common to large organizations: a legacy internal portal that no longer served its vast, modern workforce. We partnered with them to transform this digital infrastructure into a powerful asset. Our mission was to revamp their existing employee portal into a high-performing and user-friendly application that would streamline administrative tasks, automate data synchronization, and ultimately create a more connected and efficient workforce across the APAC region.

Features
Seamless Data Synchronization
To eliminate manual data entry and ensure real-time data accuracy, a custom API was engineered to connect directly with the client’s SuccessFactors HRMS. This solution automates the daily synchronization of employee data, creating a single, unified source of truth. The result is a seamless process that streamlines everything from new employee onboarding to daily administrative tasks.
Centralized Authentication
Okta integration was successfully implemented within the application. This strategic choice aligned with the client’s existing infrastructure, as Okta is already their primary authentication system. This provides a unified login experience for employees, which enhances security through single sign-on and eliminates the need for separate credentials.
Secure Cloud-Based Development
To comply with Royal Enfield’s stringent security policies, a VPN connection was used to develop and access the application directly on their servers. This approach was critical, as it ensured all code and project repositories remained securely within the client’s private network, meeting security requirements and providing a stable, compliant development environment.
Consolidated Historical Data
A meticulous process was undertaken to clean and migrate three years of historical data from the client’s legacy system. This crucial step ensured a complete and accurate dataset was available on the new platform from day one. As a result, administrators now have access to a comprehensive historical record, enabling them to generate consolidated reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
