We've tackled the data management challenge by implementing server-level synchronization across platforms like Salesforce, FirstHive, and Capillary. This ensures seamless data flow within the complex ecosystem. We optimized speed using data caching, accelerating performance by fetching only changes from the database. Lead management was improved for contractors, supported by a follower DB approach, enhancing load balancing. Collaborating with the KYC team, we introduced efficient OCR-based online KYC verification using uploaded images and official records.
