Versa table is the USA based leading high-end furniture retailer that holds a wide range of products and established customer base across the world. With an aim to enhance business productivity by means of combining online and offline sales, they approached Brainvire to integrate existing SAP ERP to CRM to execute strategies that help in retention of customers to a great extent.
