Founded in 2006, Vito India Advisors is playing an important role in helping jobseekers to find job across domains like IT, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Financial Services etc. The client was looking for a web based solution which can pull profiles from professional media platform like LinkedIn and maintaining a database of profiles which can be accessed by end users. They were looking for online job portal using .Net Core development which can send job alerts to registered users, help in building resumes, bookmarking jobs, smart search using keywords and loads for other features.

Brainvire proposed a solution which helped Vito India Advisors in their day to day tasks with enhancement in HRMS web application with migration from the legacy application. Development of a candidate recruitment platform on .Net Core with Online job portal, Resume creator, Narrowing Search and Bookmark Jobs and chrome extension for Linkedin. Brainvire Strengthens E-Recruit Firm with Up-Gradation.

Highlights

The team of Brainvire developed an exclusive job portal and Azure cloud migration for scalability. The client can fetch the candidate’s profile from social networks like LinkedIn and the system will send a confirmatory email to the shortlisted candidates. This application allowed users to create their own resumes and upload them to the job portal.We implemented Power Bi which enabled users to track and analyze their recruitment efforts put in the recruiters.The application enabled Online job posting through portal and sending automated reminders to candidates.
