About Client

The client is a recruitment services provider offering efficient talent management solutions to the corporates. The company has bought in a new concept of online marketplace for recruitment agencies and corporates. It acts as a mediator between the recruitment firm and the corporate for accurate talent placement and recruiting solutions.

Business Challenges

Client required an effective platform to easily manage candidate information, jobs, monetary transactions and everything going in their business process through online. They required an automated hiring platform and a user-friendly system that can enable the corporate users and recruitment agencies to do their work at ease and to get knowledge of everything right from one place. Hence, they wanted to craft significant user experiences for their clients. Moreover, they were also looking for a dynamic system by which they can provide required access to different users based on their roles.


Learning the requirements of the client, Brainvire team planned a full-fledged solution that enabled better management and analysis of their business process for improved user base and profits. In order to meet the requirements of scalability, they planned to develop the recruitment marketplace on CodeIgniter framework which offered easy third-party libraries integration for customization and scalability at any point of time.
The candidate sourcing and processing platform was developed to enable:

  • Submission of job requirement by the corporates, accepting the requirement by the recruiters and then sourcing candidates for the specific job requirement
  • Easy management of candidate status right from the start of the interview process to their joining in the company
  • Better management of transactions (Money related transactions, transaction rolling back features and online records management of offline transactions)
  • Fetching information or extracting knowledge of everything going on in the system right from one place

Admin Features
  • The RM (Relationship Manager) can check out the resume posted by recruitment firm and then share it with the corporate if appropriate.
  • Whenever there is a new job post, RM can assign it to a recruitment agency who can either accept or reject the job post
