About Product
The client desired for a SharePoint Intranet Portal to move forward to support its existing and long-term goals. A gap analysis identified that the client’s need were not meet and decided to test SharePoint to improve employee collaboration, centralized communication etc. to ensure that the key information required by the client’s staff is up-to-date, accurate as well as easily available and searchable. The SharePoint Intranet Portal provided a central repository for all of the company’s data, documents, and resources. This allowed the organization to streamline their collaborative efforts, increase efficiency, and enhance communication between departments.
Fast Document Approval:
To streamline document-driven business processes in the company, the Customer needed centralized document management and fast document approval.
Our team created four custom single-approver workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. These workflows allowed for specifying an approver’s name, generating automated notifications about a document’s rejection or approval, and automated setting a read-only permission to the approved document. In addition, our team developed a workflow template that enabled the Customer’s employees to quickly and easily build typical document workflows

- Streamline WorkflowWith the new SharePoint DMS solution, the Customer streamlined document lifecycle due to approval workflow automation and accelerated document-driven business processes. SharePoint DMS helped improve employee productivity due to providing the employees with easy access to the key company’s content and other systems.
- Optimized SearchingWhen a user enters a query in a search box, the query is sent to the search index. The search engine finds matching results, and sends them to a search results page
- Detailed ReportThe client can now visualize large amounts of data in the form of easy-to-understand reports. Also, Client don’t need to jump between platforms because we embed Power BI report into SharePoint, so users can easily see the data on their existing SharePoint site.
- Easy CollaborationDifferent teams and departments can collaborate with each other effectively, thanks to the efforts of Brainvire’s SharePoint Development team.
