In pursuit of advancing its existing and long-term objectives, the client, in collaboration with Brainvire as a Microsoft Gold Partner, recognized the need for a SharePoint Intranet Portal. Through a comprehensive gap analysis, it became evident that the client's requirements were not being fully met. Consequently, the decision was made to leverage SharePoint to enhance employee collaboration, centralize communication, and ensure that essential information for the client's staff remained consistently current, accurate, easily accessible, and readily searchable.

- Complex navigation:Complex navigation was a challenge for users trying to find the documents they need.
- Customizable Report:The clients' system lacked the features of customized reports, our major challenge was to get real time data, so the client could generate reports according to their business requirement
- Optimization of communication across the Organization:Not only the interaction between separate offices and departments was poor, but internal business processes needed optimization. it became more difficult to maintain effective communication within the organization

With the new SharePoint DMS solution, the Customer streamlined document lifecycle due to approval workflow automation and accelerated document-driven business processes.
