The company is a certified enterprise owned and run by veteran military service professionals and government employees. They help clients create an efficient workplace through team management and the use of technological solutions.
We got the opportunity to be a part of the client’s amazing journey by building an Automated Procurement system on SharePoint. The application called the Management Ordering Application for Biodefense (MOAB) will enable the Broker/Manufacturer Entity to create and manage different Sales Groups and their Clients for the manufacturing order placements and tracking the manufacturing order jobs and shipments.
Our talented and skilled Microsoft development team was involved throughout the entire application lifecycle right from design to development. We also assisted in testing the SharePoint application to manage the Management Ordering Application for Biodefense workflows and processes on SharePoint Online framework.
The application will also track the post-sales warranty and service alerts. It has been designed to have various process integrations by utilizing the components of Office 365 and SharePoint Online features like SharePoint Templates, Power Forms, Power Automate Flows, and OneDrive to complete the entire workflow cycle. The key stakeholders utilizing this application are the Broker/Manufacturing user group and the Sales Group users.

The client also wanted us to design and develop different modules for the smooth flow of the application and fulfill the purpose of the application workflow. Our team achieved this through the defining of the Power Automation Flows.
Some of the modules are Users Groups, Broker Manufacturer Lists, Sales Group Lists, Power Forms design, and templates, and so on.
The client is extremely pleased with the application. They have witnessed exponential growth driven by increased efficiency through the SharePoint Procurement System. The automated platform helped the client to reduce manual processes and achieve greater speed and accuracy in their operations.
