The client is an ATM machine services provider offering a complete range of services for proper maintenance and management of the ATMs like first line maintenance, installation, site repair and maintenance, housekeeping etc.

Business Challenges

The client was facing a problem with maintenance of their business data and required an efficient mechanism to efficiently handle all their critical data related to call logs, assign the calls to the field engineers, history of the call logs, TaT, PayIn and Payouts. Information on their ATM maintenance activities related to the ATMs located at different locations was fetched and maintained manually. This required a lot of efforts and often lead to inconsistencies in their record data.
Apart from this, they required a proper mechanism to track the activities of their field engineers and a mobile application that can help these engineers to take up, reassign or manage call requests on the go. They required a quick and efficient system to generate and handle the call requests arisen from the customers who want to set up or maintain ATM center of their bank.
