The client’s motive behind approaching Brainvire was to get a digital platform that can interconnect its business processes and scale them with unmatched efficiency. Brainvire used .Net core technology and Azure Cloud Services to align with the client’s expectations and business goals. The web platform helps to manage inventory, quotes and orders on a single interface. Furthermore, the client can connect with its existing customers on 3rd-party auction sites and advertise the products. The analytics are converted into graphical insights by the system and can be easily interpreted by the end users.     The client was experiencing high email spam rates and poor reach.
  • Dynamic Category View And Column Sorting:
    The client had provided an extremely large number of machine entries; however, these items lacked any defined characteristics; as a result, it was difficult to sort this data because there were no specific specifications.
  • End-to-End Client Communication:
    The data related to orders and requirements are communicated by the client to their customers via Outlook. So it needed an easy way to include the email communications as a historic part of their data.

    All client communications (emails) can be viewed on Outlook and the data can further be used to manage the inventory.
  • Reduced Spamming

    The client was provided with a searchable email activity stream and additional history due to the use of send grid email. Using the Email Validation API, they can reduce the amount of spam while also increasing delivery rates.
  • Optimized Column Sorting

    The web application retrieves data from a central database and synchronizes it in real-time with the mobile application and website. Facilitated comprehension, analysis, and visualization of product sorting. Sorting permits the end user to search for a product.
