About Product
The client wanted to digitalize its recruitment process and automate its workflow. Brainvire ideated a customized Odoo solution for the client that will interconnect all departments and streamline every business process right from recruitment, project management, and document verification to contract management, leave management, payroll management, and invoice management. The USP of this project is a rotation shift system that can manage the work cycle and shift patterns of multiple teams with ease. The system can also generate dynamic reports for monitoring the strengths and efficiency of employees.
Transition from Excel to Odoo
The client was managing the project records, employee details, timesheets, and leaves in an Excel sheet. The data entry was done manually.
