Business Goal 

Our goal was to strengthen Happy Chef’s digital commerce strategy by enhancing their Magento PWA-based B2C site with Account Personalization features for a more tailored customer experience. Simultaneously, we aimed to launch a dedicated B2B portal with business-focused functionalities like customer-specific pricing, company hierarchies, and branded product options. Ongoing support and maintenance were prioritized to ensure stability, performance, and continual enhancements. Additionally, we focused on expanding their marketplace reach through Amazon SEO, paid advertising, and product content publishing to boost visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital sales channels.
