We eliminated manual input and made the process paperless, quick, and resilient. First, the end-user or employee fills out the form with Name, Designation, Department, Destination, Trip Purpose, Start Date, End Date, Number of Nights in the Hotel, and other essential facts. Then, "Line Manage" will start the approval procedure. If the traveler has a higher title, the "General Manager" may help. Finally, the user or employee will get permission or refusal through email.
