They have their headquarters in Chantilly and provide consulting services to different business lines such as information technology, logistics, risk management, security consulting, and program management. They were aware about Brainvire expertise and thus approached us for a solution to streamline their operational workflows.
About Product
Brainvire professionals developed a uniform cloud platform integration solution to improve order management for the military manufacturers and vendors. Our team implemented automated technologies that can reduce manual efforts significantly. We helped organize activities and create a holistic workflow, included after-sales warranty, and managed orders effectively. This ultimately resulted in increased efficiencies when it comes to productivity and revenue. With help of power bi tools we enabled users to analyze order patterns, track inventory availability, and forecast inventory needs. It also streamlined order processing, by automating the creation of orders.
Brainvire as a Microsoft partner receives an approved quotation order, the system proceeds to generate a purchase order. After the approval of this purchase order, the workflow advances to create a work order. Through the integration of Power BI, we have streamlined and automated this entire process. This automation plays a crucial role in expediting and enhancing the accuracy of order processing.
Complex Sales Calculation:

Our team worked on Power Pivot that provided Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and created custom calculations in Power Pivot tables and in Excel PivotTables. DAX included some of the functions that are used in Excel formulas, and we created some additional functions to work with relational data and perform dynamic aggregation.
