Our role for this full-service online florist was to seamlessly transition, support, maintain, and enhance their Magento-based eCommerce platform integrated with the Hyva frontend. We migrated their Azure DevOps code repository, conducted a comprehensive Magento code and server audit, and implemented key improvements to optimize site stability and performance. We focused on ensuring PCI-compliant security, delivering prompt emergency support, and managing critical incidents.
