With the current growth and expansion in mind, the client wished to have a timesheet solution for its employees. The timesheet will allow the supervisors to assign the task to the employees and the employees will be able to put exact hours for each of the projects they worked in a day. Moreover, the timesheet solution on the CRM platform will help the client to track exact working hours and increase employee productivity.
Fetch User Information From SAP to CRM Platform
The system should fetch the detail of users, different projects and assigned task from SAP and reflect it on the CRM platform on a daily basis.
Once the field level customized was completed, APIs were generated to map the project and related tasks with the respective CRM modules.
