We are pioneering a unified omnichannel presence for their retail stores with a feature-rich eCommerce website and mobile app. To ensure seamless operations, we will build crucial integrations with their existing Oracle ERP system, as well as with top delivery services like Talabat and Deliveroo, and various payment gateways.

To address the lack of a modern digital infrastructure, a fully integrated eCommerce website and mobile app will be developed and connected directly to the Odoo backend. This powerful combination aims to create a seamless omnichannel experience for customers, helping them shop online or in-store with a consistent and unified experience. This will also significantly enhance brand presence and expand the company’s sales channels.

To integrate disparate legacy systems, we are enabling real-time integrations between Odoo and the client’s existing Oracle ERP and various third-party services. This includes automated connections with popular delivery providers like Talabat and Deliveroo, as well as with local payment gateways. To combat decentralized operations and stock discrepancies, over 15+ Odoo Point of Sale (POS) systems will be configured across all retail locations.
