The client is a renowned franchise retailer in KSA and the only listed business of its kind in the Middle East. They have grown exponentially since opening their first store in 1991 and now operate over 1,650 stores across 100 shopping malls in 11 countries, managed by a workforce of 11,000+. The company represents 89+ brands across retail and F&B, offering a diverse fashion portfolio, including womenswear, menswear, kids and baby, shoes, and accessories. Additionally, they offer beauty and cosmetics, multimedia, sports, and variety stores, solidifying their position as a leading retailer in the industry.
Project Highlights
The mobile app is designed as a versatile tool enabling users to print two labels, Price Label Printing, and LPN Label Printing, on iOS and Android devices. Users can connect the app to a printer via Bluetooth and choose from two modes, online and offline, using React Native. In online mode, the app fetches data from the ERP system API for Price Label Printing by scanning or entering the barcode number and for LPN Label Printing by entering the ASN number. Users can then select the label size from a predefined list and print it. In offline mode, the app acquires data from Excel sheets that the admin uploads via backend APIs. The app is user-friendly and simplifies the label printing process for businesses. The admin can upload Excel files in a specific format for offline mode, providing convenience and efficiency to users.
