Since 1992, Pan Home has been a leading name in Middle Eastern home furnishings, known for bringing contemporary lifestyle designs to a diverse regional audience. Despite their strong physical retail footprint, the brand faced the significant hurdle of a legacy PWA setup that lacked the performance and regional flexibility required to scale their digital ambitions. To overcome these limitations, we are architecting a high-speed, future-ready ecosystem featuring a native Flutter mobile app and an Adobe Commerce Enterprise platform, all unified by a deep, real-time Odoo ERP and POS integration.

This project leverages a high-performance architecture, integrating Adobe Commerce for enterprise scale with Flutter for native speed. At its core, a real-time Odoo ERP and POS synchronization ensures seamless inventory and order flow across web, app, and physical showrooms. Strategic integrations like Adobe Sensei and MoEngage drive AI-powered personalization, while Infor LN and DMS optimize internal reporting and last-mile logistics. By centralizing data through a custom PIM and CMS, Pan Home delivers dynamic, multilingual experiences, including image-recognition search and interactive Flipbooks. This unified stack transforms technical complexity into a fluid customer journey, empowering the brand to personalize at scale while maintaining a robust, future-ready retail foundation.

We developed a sophisticated, backend-driven configuration system that empowers Pan Home to manage their entire digital presence without code changes. This innovative solution enables administrators to dynamically update home screens, modify UI themes, and customize regional content or layouts in real-time. By removing development dependencies, the brand can now launch marketing campaigns and personalize customer segments instantly, significantly accelerating their go-to-market speed and increasing overall conversion potential.

Deep ERP & POS Integration

Achieving true omnichannel harmony required a deep Odoo ERP and POS integration with the Adobe Commerce platform and Flutter app. This synchronization ensures that inventory, order status, and customer data, including the Pan Wallet store credits, flow seamlessly across online and offline channels. This unified data ecosystem minimizes manual intervention, eliminates stock discrepancies, and provides customers with a consistent experience whether they are shopping in-store or on their mobile devices.
