Central Sign Supplies is a 72-years-old wholesale sign supply business that began in the Heartland. The founder, Don Klatt, envisioned a business that offered the best wholesale sign supplies and the industry’s greatest customer service. The business went to new generations, but the commitment remains never unwaved. To continue providing the best in the digital era, the client decided to upgrade their systems and welcome the new technologies into their work environment. Project Highlights

The client wanted a system to help them track and manage all the business processes and both B2B and B2C clients efficiently and effectively. Brainvire’s team implemented the Odoo ERP system to make the overall working processes smooth for the client. The implementation reduced manual activities and helped the client run business operations efficiently. Brainvire’s development team moved their existing website to the Odoo e-commerce website and ensured the system was well integrated with VOIP. They also implemented a Sales and Purchase module to enable supply chain management.

    Implementing Odoo and system configuration enabled automatic price updation for the select product variants. It allows users to view the updated prices of specific products.
  • Simplified Inventory Management at Different Locations

    The efficient Odoo implementation simplified keeping a clear account of the available stock at the different locations at any given time. Adding barcodes on the products enabled the client to track and manage the inventory better.
  • Automated Segregation Between Warehouse and Dropship Orders

    The purchase order page system automated identifying the stock availability in adequate quantities in the warehouse. It automatically creates a dropship order in case of unavailability or partial availability.
  • Reduced Delivery Time and Cost

    Upon entering the delivery location, the system identified all the nearest shipping providers, compared shipping pricing and methods at the backend, and suggested the best options to the users. It reduced the delivery time and cost.
